Since Nokia adopted Windows Phone many people felt heartbroken. They believe Nokia should have forked Android and create the awesome imaging devices they are so good at making (the signature of the Finnish brand) for the Google ecosystem.
A leak recently filtered suggests Nokia might actually be considering making an Android device and show case it in the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The device apparently uses a custom ROM that translates the Windows phone “Live tile” experience to Android. According to reliable sources the devices are low end aimed at a future Nokia Asha lineup replacement (in case you didn’t know Nokia Asha you can find more info in this link: http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/phones/asha/). Apparently it comes with a modest 1GHz dual core processor and 512 MB of RAM.
What do you think of this move?
